All you need to know

I am interested in exhibiting as a startup at FTF. Who can I contact?

If you are interested in exhibiting at the Future Tech Fest as an exhibitor, please fill out our Exhibitor Registration Form on the homepage. If you have any questions, please contact events@digihub.de.

How many exhibitor badges do we obtain?

Exhibitor badges for exhibitors and their employees valid for the duration of the show will be issued as follows:

Startup Booth
For 5m² booths - 3 passes

Corporate Booth‍
For 15m² booths - 10 passes
Extended booth with more passes available on request.

If additional exhibitor badges are required they can be ordered in the ticket shop.

When can I set up my booth as an exhibitor?

Exhibitor booths can be set up the day before the event or the morning of the event day. Exhibitors will be notified in good time of the exact times for set-up.
